Highmark got its start in 2008 as a small operation in Port Orange, Florida, and has grown into a statewide commercial sign company Florida businesses trust, with active projects in Georgia, Tennessee and Texas. We’re continuing to grow year after year.

What started as a small operation in Port Orange, Florida has grown into a statewide commercial sign contractor handling everything from single-storefront installs to multi-hundred-location brand conversions. Highmark manufactures, installs and services signage with its own crews and its own equipment fleet, and as the company takes on more work across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas, we’re continuing to add people to our teams.
Where We’re Hiring
Install Crews
Bucket truck and aerial lift operators, electrical connections, and general sign installation across Florida job sites.
Fabrication & Shop
Channel letter fabrication, cabinet building, LED module and harness assembly in our Florida manufacturing shop.
Vertical Rope Access
SPRAT-certified rope access technicians for high-rise sign installation, inspection and maintenance work.
Project Management & Permitting
Coordinating fabrication, crews and municipal permitting across single-site and multi-location programs.
Administrative & Office Support
Supporting scheduling, documentation and client communication out of our Daytona Beach office.
Working at Highmark
Every field role works under a full PPE program, hard hats, safety glasses, vests, gloves, steel-toed boots and fall protection, and alongside an owned equipment fleet that includes Elliott bucket trucks reaching 100+ ft, aerial lifts, excavators, skid steers and dedicated service trucks. Highmark maintains general liability and workers’ compensation insurance on every job site.
