Fabrication is where material choice, forming, welding, wiring and finishing decide whether a sign survives a Florida decade or fails in three years. We build in aluminium, acrylic and composite, form pan faces, assemble LED modules and harnesses, and test every unit before it leaves.
Because we also install what we build, the shop makes decisions with the installation crew in mind: mounting points that can actually be reached, service access that works at height, and tolerances that hold on a real facade.

Does Highmark fabricate for other sign companies?
Yes. We take trade and wholesale fabrication work, including pan-formed faces, for companies that need extra capacity or a capability they do not have in house.
What materials do you fabricate in?
Primarily aluminium, acrylic and composite, with heavier-gauge material specified where the site and wind loading call for it.
Is the sign tested before it leaves the shop?
Yes. Every sign is wired, illumination tested and inspected before dispatch, with LED module and harness assembly completed in-house.
Can you match an existing sign for a replacement face?
Usually yes. We fabricate replacement pan-formed and flat faces to match existing cabinets, which is common on rebrands and storm damage repairs.
