Sign Company in Pensacola, FL
Highmark is headquartered at 955 Orange Ave in Daytona Beach and serves Pensacola, approximately 360 miles west via I-10, along with the rest of Escambia County, manufacturing, installing and permitting signage built to Florida’s hurricane wind-load standards, not a generic catalog product.
A Local Sign Company, Not a Regional Broker
Business owners in Pensacola want a sign partner who shows up, not a broker who subcontracts the work out. Highmark designs, fabricates and installs signage in Escambia County with our own crews, from the first sketch to the final electrical hookup.
We collaborate with property owners and developers to design signage suited to each business and building, then handle manufacturing and installation ourselves with our own crews, not a subcontractor.
Built for North Florida’s Codes and Climate
Pensacola is approximately 360 miles west via I-10 of our Daytona Beach shop, in a part of the state that sees real seasonal swings alongside the same hurricane exposure that drives Florida’s building codes.
Every sign we build there still meets the Miami-Dade and Broward County wind-load standard as a baseline, regardless of how far inland the site sits.

Channel Letters vs. Cabinet Signs
Channel letters are separate, illuminated 3D letters that give a facade a higher-end look, a common choice for Pensacola storefronts. Cabinet signs use a single translucent face over a boxed structure, typically the more economical route and the easier one to refresh later. We manufacture both ourselves.
Project Timeline
Most Pensacola projects take 4 to 6 weeks for design and fabrication, plus whatever time Escambia County’s local permitting office adds. We keep you in the loop from initial concept through final electrical hookup.
