Since 2008, Highmark has grown from a small Port Orange, Florida operation into a statewide commercial sign contractor, with in-house manufacturing, installation and service teams working out of our own shop and running our own equipment fleet, Elliott bucket trucks, aerial lifts, service trucks and heavy equipment.
