Highmark manufactures pan-formed and vacuum-formed sign faces in our own Florida shop, new-build faces for a fresh sign cabinet, and replacement faces sized to fit an existing retainer, at wholesale volume for sign companies and national brands or retail volume for a single site.
What We Manufacture
A pan-formed face is molded into a three-dimensional shape rather than sitting flat, which adds rigidity and helps the face resist bowing or blow-out in high wind, a meaningful factor for illuminated outdoor cabinets in Florida.
New-Build Faces
Pan-formed faces manufactured to spec for new sign cabinets and fresh installs.
Replacement Faces
Faces manufactured to fit an existing cabinet retainer, so a faded or damaged face can be replaced without rebuilding the cabinet.
Vacuum-Formed Faces
Formed to custom molds for complex geometries and dimensional branding.
Wholesale Volume Orders

Built for Florida Conditions
Faces are manufactured with deeper pan forms for added rigidity, UV-resistant materials to resist yellowing, and are engineered to Miami-Dade and Broward County wind-load standards for coastal exposure. These are the same manufacturing standards applied across Highmark’s sign manufacturing work.
